Getting to Effectiveness: Using Data to Drive Improved Outcomes for Students with Disabilities
For more than 40 years, compliance has been one of the strongest drivers of special education programming. However, with Results Driven Accountability and the recent Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District Supreme Court decision, a greater focus has been placed on outcomes. Now, more than ever, districts need to leverage data to improve student outcomes, inform instruction, and document student progress. This session will explore how to leverage progress monitoring data to support improved outcomes for students with disabilities.
